Thanks so much for all your help!  Just wanted to let you know that it all worked out for us with the house.  We met with the builder and he agreed to pack in the girders for more support, and all the other items are being addressed as well.  It was very helpful to meet him and walk through the house together so the issues could be addressed.  We are now officially in contract.
